Which quality should you pick?
A higher bitrate means fuller sound and a bigger file.
- 128 kbps is enough for talks, lessons and voice notes.
- 192 kbps is the usual pick, and the one to use for music.
- 320 kbps only helps when the sound in the video is already very good.
- The MP3 can never sound better than the sound in the video it came from.

- Phones: it works, but a laptop is faster and has more memory.
- If your MP4 has no sound track, the tool tells you there is nothing to save.
