Why loop a video inside the file

Some screens and apps play a file once and stop. A looped file keeps going.

A screen in a shop or at an event plays one file, so a looped file keeps going for minutes.
Some apps play an upload once and stop, so a short clip is safer looped inside the file.
A short clip repeated under a longer voice-over gives you a background that does not run out.

How long the result gets
